Tuesday Feb 04, 2020
Join me, Annamarie Fernyak, for a Second Sip conversation. The Second Sip Podcast is a continuation of the conversation facilitated by Mind Body Align through our blog posts and monthly Coffee Talk for Women. Our topic is The Wheel of Wellbeing: A look at the Whole Self.
I hope you will enjoy this conversation with Chris Stoner, Life Coach, about personal transformation that arises from the inside, your EpicEnter. Discover what might happen when you abolish the notion of pursuing happiness and instead adopt the perception that you are already perfect. What might arise when you allow your existing well-being to bubble up to influence your life-doing.
So, If we were having this discussion 3 years from now, the year 2023, and you were looking back over the past three years to 2020, what has to happen in your life for you to feel happy and fulfilled with your progress?
Let's continue the conversation. Feel free to share your thoughts on our Mind Body Align Facebook page. If you are a member, please feel free to post on our Mind Body Align - Members Only Page.

I hope you will enjoy this conversation with Jean Taddie and Jason Kaufman. We discuss the magic that nature possesses to transform our experience and the mystery that can be embraced through curiously exploring the self and life through mindfulness. I apologize to Jean Taddie for the quality of her recording. Somehow, her voice track is muffled; a fact I couldn't fix in editing. Please consider sticking with the conversation. It's a powerful one!!!

The Courage to Live a Vital Life with Sally Gesouras

Tuesday Sep 03, 2019
Join me, Annamarie Fernyak, for a Second Sip conversation. The Second Sip Podcast is a continuation of the conversation facilitated by Mind Body Align through our blog posts and monthly Coffee Talk for Women. Our topic is The Courage to Live a Vital Life.
Sometimes it is easier to do things as we've done them; to move through our days with a schedule and a playbook. Do you know the metaphor about arriving to work and not remembering how you got there? This is the way many of us go through our days. Let’s intentionally wake-up to how we're living and invite our authentic self to show up for life.
I hope you will enjoy this conversation with Sally Gesouras, commercial loan officer for Mechanics Bank as we discuss the importance of letting your heart be known. This journey into authenticity will nourish and revitalize your life.
Let's continue the conversation: who in your life has inspired and motivated you through their courage? What was courageous about their experience? Feel free to share your answer on our Mind Body Align facebook page. If you are a member, please feel free to post on our Mind Body Align - Members Only Page.

Join me, Annamarie Fernyak, for a Second Sip conversation. The Second Sip Podcast is a continuation of the conversation facilitated by Mind Body Align through our blog posts and Coffee Talk for Women. Our topic is The Travel Bug: Explore the Self.
Traveling is an amazing metaphor as well as a powerful activity for journeying into the self.
I hope you will enjoy this conversation with Christina Grozik and Ruthie Good. We discuss breaking the confines of everyday life. Whether it's a "staycation" to be present, actively looking at your community through fresh eyes (like the traveler) by biking, walking, or visiting unexplored areas, or taking a long pilgrimage walk, like the Camino De Santiago. The journey has the power to transform you.
Let's continue the conversation and dive beneath the surface with this question: What travel experiences have transformed you? Feel free to share your answer on our Mind Body Align facebook page. If you are a member, please feel free to post on our Mind Body Align - Members Only Page.

Join me, Annamarie Fernyak, for a Second Sip conversation. The Second Sip Podcast is a continuation of the conversation facilitated by Mind Body Align through our blog posts and Coffee Talk for Women. Our topic for June was 50 is the New 30. I hope you will enjoy this conversation outlining simple habit changes that can help you control your weight, reduce inflammation, and support you in maintaining a great quality of life as you age.
Let's continue the conversation and dive beneath the surface with this question: What is one thing you do, as part of your daily wellness routine, that has no immediate impact on your life, but you believe will positively impact your quality of life when you get older? Feel free to post the answers to these questions on our Mind Body Align facebook page. If you are a member, please feel free to post on our Mind Body Align - Members Only Page.

Tuesday May 07, 2019
Tuesday May 07, 2019
Join me, Annamarie Fernyak, Deb Dubois, and Cathy Goldman for our Second Sip conversation. The Second Sip Podcast is intended to be a continuation of the conversation facilitated by Mind Body Align through our blog posts and Coffee Talk for Women. Our topic this month is Stripping Your Label. I invited two active Mind Body Align members to highlight this topic, Deb Dubois, "library lady" of the Mansfield Richland County Public Library and Cathy Goldman, "lover of rap music" at Weldon, Huston, & Keyser.
I hope you will enjoy this conversation about the labels you attach to yourself (and others) and the connection to be found when you listen, ask questions, and spend time discovering the person underneath.
Let's continue the conversation and dive beneath the surface with these two questions: What are you are most proud of? What is one thing most people don't know about you? Feel free to post the answers to these questions on our Mind Body Align facebook page. If you are a member, please feel free to post on our Mind Body Align - Members Only Page.
Have a great day!
